Residence Tanzi
Residence Tanzi is a residential development developed by Ecosis in an eco-sensitive wetland area, Grand Bay. It is a green residential development which received two awards - the Ecoliving Innovators Award (Gold), and the Green Award Mauritius. Completed in 2010, it is the first green project in Mauritius. The project consists of 20 ecohomes and 10 natural pools with its 2 regeneration zones.
Ecosis researched and implemented sustainable technologies and products - BioNova natural pools, Keim no-voc mineral paints, low-tech passive solar design, recycling of water, solar thermal, intensive green roof, energy efficient lighting.
