Nautica Commercial Center
Award winning project, Nautica Commercial centre is a retail and office 8000m2 development. Ecosis completed the first extensive green roof (1000m2) in Mauritius. The black water is treated using a tertiary treatment plant. Various sun shading devices, designed using building information modeling, were used on the project to reduce the heat gains to the façade.
The project was designed using the LEED Green Building framework.
