Zenk Building 

 

Zenk Building is a 5000m2 mixed use green development. It has a retail, residential and hotel component. Building information modeling has been used to design the building for thermal comfort, reduction of heat gains, looking at glazing and openings, materials properties.

 

The building recycles all its water. It has a green roof and a natural pool. The façade has been intelligently designed for daylighting and views but also limiting the heat gains.
