Ecosis is  the sustainability consultant for the 490ha smart city project for the Omnicane group.

 

The project developed by dutch consultants Royal Haskonig spans over 60 years. It is the first project in Africa working towards BREEAM Communities international certification. 

 

Ecosis prepared the sustainability urban planning and development objectives. Ecosis manages the process for developing the masterplan within UK’s BREEAM Communities framework under the expertise of our in house  BREEAM Communities international assessor. 

 

Over and above producing several studies and strategies, Ecosis planned and manages the stakeholders engagement for an inclusive sustainable project.

 

 Ecosis ensures that the project is planned, developed and built within sustainable best practices.
